Hit and run

So long story short let a kid take my car to prom and someone backed into it and left then scene. now i need a new bumper and have a friend that owns a body shop so i was wondering where can i get the ms rear bumper (sunlight silver) and how long does it take to ship? Imma give my local dealer a call but wondering if anywhere on the net i can find one for a good price. sorry for the quick random typing im in a hurry to take the g/f out.

thanks for any help

So you let a kid drive your car to a teenage prom? Sure it's not that kid who drove your car into something and cooked up this story?

no we found the person who did and the vehicle everything matches up and is all good but i want a ms bumper, not the old factory (the car was parked on a residential road and it was a 14 year old kid who decided to back his new truck out of the driveway and hit my car then pulled back into the driveway, so it wasnt very hard to figure out whos house to go to.

Ask your dealer for the bodyshop rate. If they will not give it to you then have your friend call them. Most likely they will have to order the bumper because this is not a part dealerships generally stock.

keep in mind that the MS bumper isn't a complete bumper. It merely replaces the lower portion of your stock bumper

No that is not what I meant

But if you could save money going through your dealer if they give you the body shop discount. The price of the bumper will be less and no shipping charges.

If it does not work out with your dealership then call Mazda Trix because they have good prices.
