That really sucks cool blue and to such a new car. I know that they will be able to put your baby back together. Glad that you were not injured. Those deer suck!

OUCH those pictures hurt !!! Glad you are ok and your kids weren't in the car. Very nice quote man:

"...but I told them to not be too sad - cars can be fixed much more easily than people and all the people we care about are fine."

Very good lesson for kids to learn. Hope your back in it soon!

I have a friend with a Mazda 6 wagon and a deer got his front end about 2 months ago. 5K in damages.

In 1997 I bought a new T-Bird in August. 3 weeks later hit a deer. On the way home from the bodyshop I hit another. Two years later a few weeks before moving from Raleigh to Dallas, I hit a 3rd.

Texas still has predators not to mention more guns then any other 5 states combined, so the only time you'll see a deer is at the Zoo.

I'm surprised the Air Bag deployed. All 3 I hit were plenty stout and rolled up over the roof. Destroyed the hood, lights and windshield each time, but not near enough forward G's to deploy the Air Bags.
