hi i need help

hi until month ago i never had problems with my rx-8. then on saturday afternoon i startd it in garage and moved the car 3 feet so i wont run around the garage with the bucket. i washed it i reversed it a bit back turned it off so it was ready to go on sunday. me and my girlfriend went in to garage and since that day, the car never started. It have the feeling like its gonna start but it never starts. dont know how to explain. changed plugs air filter. and it still the same? somebody please help me. i took it to mechanic and it looks liek it still the same

hmm sounds like maybe the car was cold and you had started/stopped the motor in short periods of time. this can cause flooding. follow standard rx-8 flooding procedures provided in your owner's manual. If that doesn't work...I'm sure taking it to an actual mazda dealer will at least provide you with diagnostic data.

we changed spark plugs mechanic told me that if its flooded and change spark plugs it will work. ii gave him this website tonight he might have a look. so if you have any ideas how we can fix it lemme know. because i cant find the manual thanks guys alot

flooded. read the manual by signing up at mazdausa "mymazda"

find the deflooding procedure thread elsewhere on this forum by using the search feature for "deflooding" and "de-flooding"
