OKay here is my Test drive impression.
Exterior: With all the options of my car and color i thought it was complete artwork. The rotary accents are a must have and the appearence package makes the car look meaner .
Interior:The navigation on the car i think is tastefully done, but it might take getting used to the buttons by the shifter. My friend is about 6"2 fit in the backseat comfortably and had room to spare, so this was a good sign.( i know everyone went over this, but im just expressing my views of this car)

Okay back to the important part:
the automatic
The ride was very smooth but it lacked the pick up. This is a very good daily driver car because the engine is super quiet. In terms of acceleration the rx-8 did not impress me maybe because i am going from a mustang gt to this. The car is indeed faster then the 0-60 9 sec time, but i dont think its that far off. I tried the shifting paddles and that brought fun to the car. My favorite part about the car was the handling and the brakes were amazing in my opinion. Definitely the best part of the car.
The bose sound system was very crisp sounding sound and and did not distort once even at the max volume. The system was good for any normal driver, but i dont think it will impress the audio buffs out there. Right now i am printing out my pictures so a little later i'll post some of the appearence.
Conclusion:
Great daily driver but lacks the oomph that the manual brings to the table.

that spoiler really looks good. i am going to have the dealer insatll a spoiler on mine when it get's here. Mine is black with gt red/black leather. Dealer say today or tommorow for delivary.

you know i didnt take any interior photos because my thinking is seen one seen em all. sorry bout that when i left the dealership i had a feeling i forgot something and then it just hit me that i didnt take any interior pics. I love the interior btw
