hey

well im new but ive always been interested in RX-8's .... im thinking about getting one but i have a few questions

manual VS auto which is better?

how much does it cost too make a fairly good looking/performing 8

and if i do get one i would like to know what a good stage build up is....im lookin to get like 280-310 HP but im 17 and money is scarce so i figure do it in stages

how much does the rx8 that you are looking at cost?

stage build up. hmm.. sure. buy a turbo kit piece by piece. lol.

manual. save up your money because a simple build up will not get you near goal of 280-310. turbo or supercharger will get you there but they are not cheap

well i can find a used stick shift with like 50K miles for about 14 or 15K

and i mean stage build up as in buying in stages not pieces haha

by stages do you mean intake, exhaust, etc?

if one of your stages is turbo/supercharger than you will get your goal. but like i said start saving up

Wait for the Mazdaspeed RX8. It will come with 350hp to the front wheels.

kseer, your from Texas. Go to the Gulf RX-8 Forum and get intouch with the people from your area talk to them. Also, read everything you can on here. Go back 2 months in the posts. Read the "Stickies". They are there for a reason. That should get you up to speed on everything RX8.
