Broke up with my g/f recently after 6.5 years and ive been distracting myself with my other favorite lady.

Just bought the BHR Ignition (at 30k miles now and threw a few misfires), BHR intake undertray, red polished AEM CAI, Fog light HID conversion kit @5000k bulb temp from www. vvme .com, 5000k HID low beams from vleds, stealth corner's from rotaryfx, 5000k corner leds from vleds, red LEDs from vleds for the parking lights.

Just got the intake today. Im waiting for the ignition kit and the fog lights to come since i need to take off the bumper to do both the intake and the lights... and the intake needs to come out for the ignition. Figure i would do it all in one shot.

My engine bay is going to be puuuuurdy when im done with it. But my check balance on my american express isnt so puuuurdy anymore lol. Well worth it im sure you will all agree.

After engine warranty goes out the window im throwing racing beat exhaust with a cat delete (or high flow).

Why wait for the engine warranty to go before you get an exhaust? They would have a pretty hard time proving your exhaust caused the engine to fail. Be careful with the red lights on the front of your car, that would be illegal.

 

I still dont want the headache. Ive heard all sorts of horror stories. Plus the money is tight and im going back to school full time for two more semesters starting the fall. Two more and ill have my BA.. and only at 24yrs old lol. Been a long strange trip.

I wouldnt put it on until next spring. But all the other stuff will most likely go on this summer. Exhaust can wait. Maybe cat delete early next spring if im feeling up to it.

EDIT: Yes red lights will prolly get me pulled over... more so up here in upstate NY then in the city. Bronx cops where i stay in the bronx could care less about anything car related. Oh well we will see. If anything i will just pull them out. I get 2 days to show up to the precinct and personally show the car to an officer that i changed the bulbs.

I know what you mean but your also upgrading to a non oem or even rx8 part technically for the ignition coils, I think it would be easier for the dealer to try and blame those than the exhaust. As long as you find a good dealer in your area there really should not be a problem at all, theres some thread around here where people post reviews on dealers.
