HELP, Engine having hard time to start.

Hello
I flooded my engine before.
Now, my engine is having hard time to start.
When I crank, it takes about 3~5 cranks to start.
so it's about 3seconds to 5seconds.
It's 2004, I have about 5.8k Km on it.
I searched the forum but I can't find what to do.
What I got was
Change the spark plugs, change the coils, change the spark plug wire.
I also saw a person saying get Mazsport ignition solution.
Also my dealer told me that it's my old starter problem, so I need a starter that runs faster.
What should I do with my car???
Please help me

If you don't already have your TSB's and recalls done for the better starter and firmware upgrades and loss-of-power carbon cleanout, get your *** to the dealership and get them done.

Go find the TSB list (search damnit) and highlight anything you think applied to you.

Pour gasoline on the car and take advantage of gap insurance.

Need more info about your car's maintenance but your car definitely sounds like having low compression. Go get a proper rotary engine compression test done then post the numbers here along with the rpm.
