If you like red, and you like the red interior, you should look on mazdausa.com and search in your area for a car with both those items.

Everyone knows that Black is the fastest color.... HEHE I had the same dilema just last night between the black and Titanium silver. This is my 3rd black car in a row but with black you just can't go wrong. Wax her up and nothing looks better. Go for the black and don't look back.

Exactly!

Others can't make your choice for you (believe me, I've asked for others opinions regarding color as well, and it only made it more confusing)!

Good luck.

While black is a nice color (I've had several cars in black), I felt it hides the shape of the RX-8 too much. Same goes for the dark green color. It still looks great in black, but it makes it blend in too much for me.

supposedly red attracts more police attention and higher insurance costs. Black gets hotter in the summer. Tough decision.
I've seen the red one rolling around and it's quite magical at night. Black is sleaker, more stealth like.

Wow i so didn't help you did i?

My wife is an insurance agent - color of the vehicle doesn't affect insurance rates. I have the red with red/black interior. Very sharp. I don't know that you could go wrong with any color - as long as you get an 8.

Of course, if you ask me, red is the only way to go.
