Angry heads up

I ordered a few things from mazda usa.a mazda journal with pen, a black zoom zoom tumbler, and a zoom zoom ballpoint pen.
package arrived yesterday, the journal was not in the box.
the plastic tumbler was made in communist china.I don't know about you all, but there is no way I am going to drink coffee out of a chinese commust tumbler, only God knows what chemicals are in the plastic.
overall the things are expensive and junk. thank heaven my 40th anv.rx8 is doing great.michael r

I got a chuckle out of the whole "Communist Chinese are trying to kill us from our cups" thing, even if you weren't joking.

As for them being expensive junk, I can believe that. I was waiting for my paperwork to finalize at the dealership, and saw a lot of real nifty things to have from Mazda, like little caps, badges, etc....but really, I wouldn't pay that much money

Angry heads up two

The ones amoung you that are oblivious to recent news, dont bother to reply.I did not say the chi coms were trying to kill us.they did kill a lot of american dogs and cat a short time ago, with poison pet food.
I am sure they did not mean to.also recently millions of dollars of toys made in china had to be recalled because of lead paint used by them, I am sure they did not want to poison our children
If any of you want to drink coffee out of this plastic chi com mazda tumbler, go for it.

Just curious, but if you're not down with buying stuff made in China....how do you buy anything? Seems like everything is made in China these days.

Yea, I'd have to think the same thing. Most things in this country come from China...but NOW you're having an issue with the cups?

I still laughed.

It is very difficult to find things not made in communist china.I recently bought a garmin gps very pleased to see it was made in free china"taiwan.I am going to have to make some adjustments, in dealing with all of the very young people on this site.On the packard site on the mercedes site and on the lexus site most of those people know what the hell is going on in the world. and as for you cyper pits, if you had one of the pets killed in this country from contaminated pet food from communist china you most likely would not laugh. if one of you your young children was found to have abnormal levels of lead in their system, from lead coated chinese communist toys you most likely would not think that was so funny either and when all of you young people get drafted to face a milatary threat from a strong chi com milatary made that way from trade with us. you wont find that so damm funny either and yes it wont be long before the draft comes back. zoom zoom

If I ever see a Chinese made car, I'll be sure not to chew on it in the parking lot.

Uh oh, he's attacking me because I apparently have no clue as to what's going on in the world, and I just can't relate! I must be some young whippersnapper because I think he's just going overboard with the whole "communist china = BAD BAD BAD BURN IT DOWN" attitude.
