Does anyone have a grom that won't pair new devices? Or know how to manually reset it? Its driving me insane and I contacted them directly and got no response. I've tried going over what the manual said but it didn't work. Any ideas would be helpful

Maybe try pulling the fuse for 10 minutes or so, I was having an issue once with it and this did the trick to reset it.

It works fine with all the already connected devices I just can't connect any more, and I just upgraded my phone.

Latest version of the GROM firmware installed? If so you can do a hard reset by tapping the "Scan" button on your radio as you toggle from FM and CD.
