Grand Touring AT or R3?

Hey, everybody. I'm planning on buying in '09, so I'm in the information gathering stage right now. I had pretty much decided on a fully loaded black Grand Touring AT, but I'm wondering what you all think of the R3. Also, any thoughts on the navigation system? And any good sites you would recommend for research? Thanks.

Do you know that the AT makes less power than the MT? Only revs to 7500 I believe. This is definitely the best site for research. Good luck!

the r3 is drop dead sexy. i dont like the new body style, but i would get an r3 for crazy nice interior.

dont get an automatic, they have 40 less horsepower.

are you an amputee? missing limbs? If you need an AT that bad to sit in trafic why are you buying a sports car?
The rx8 is a great car but you will hate it if all you do is fill it with oil and sit in trafic.
I belive the nav is all new so the reviews might be slim but I am shure its posted somewhere.
search is your friend.

don't get an Automatic. It's easier to drive in traffic, but you'll regret it. The whole point of this vehicle is to have a unique sports car. You lose some of that with the AT. 20 less hp, only revs to 7500 instead of 9500. Trust me, you'll miss those 2k rpms.
