I dropped my car off for service at Wayne Mazda last night and sitting there was a silver RX-8 with a spoiler from a late model Pontiac Grand AM. How can I be sure it was from a Grand AM? My father drove me back from the dealership in my mother's '03 coupe. I wanted to take pictures but I didn't have a camera. I must say though, as odd as it sounds, the spoiler looks really good on the 8. I think it fits the car better than any of the aftermarket spoilers that I've seen. You have to see it to believe it and I can say that I too would say "yeah, right..." if someone would have told me this before last night. While not perfect, I think if someone copied the design and made all the angels match the lines of the car perfectly, I think it would be a really hot spoiler.

 

Yeah, some other cars spoilers look better on another car than the cars stock one. I think the Celicas stock spoiler looks awesome on 350z's.

 

TheColonel... I saw the same silver rx8.. i was dropping of my rx8 for servicing on Tuesday Morning at wayne mazda.. I thought the spoiler looked familiar. Ha!!
