GPS out of date?

GPS out of date?
hello,
I'm from Spain and I recently bought a RX8. I tried the GPS Navtech DVD but there are lot of small streets that are not recognized by the DVD. I suppose that DVD i received is not updated to 2006, because other friends with other GPS systems have not this problem. Anyone have this problem with RX8 default DVD? How can i check if i have the last version?
I'm trying to download Navtech_Navteq_Mazda6_2004_2005.rar file in Emule, maybe that file contents the last maps. Of course i'm not going to pay almost 300€ to Navteq for getting an update if my car is new!!
