Governors?

The majority of people say that speed is bad, not the stimulant drug, but the action of testing your psycological limits and your cars physical limits. Speed isn't bad, its natural. Wether you are and old woman, a young little boy, or a grown man there is always the subconcious craving for more horsepower.

Anyways, I have an automatic The governors cut off at 147 I think. Is there any way to remove them in the future? Just curious :D

What is the 6Speeds cut off at with the governors? Anyone know what the 6Speeds and Automatics cut off without the governors?

The speed limit is built into the ECU (aka PCM) programming, which is a tough, complicated beast to crack. No one has quite done it yet, but they've come close. It'll probably happen sometime in 2005, and speed limiter removal will be just one of the benefits.
