One of the local tuning shops was having a GReedy promotion today and they brought the Turbo RX-8 and one of their FD's over to Okinawa from mainland... They were giving rides in the RX-8 so I thought what the hell and jumped in with one the executives that came over with the cars. I know there are plenty of post about how the turbo kit is (they were only boosting .4kgcm on the car) so I won't get in to that. While we were on the ride I asked him what suspension was on the car? It felt firm yet more than comfortable for a daily car. He told me it was the new Trust prototype Type S 32 way adjustable suspension that they are already marketing for a few other cars, but it won't come out for the 8 until sometime in December. When we got back to the shop I preordered a set and got a nice discount from what the price will be once they actually get released for being the first person in Japan to order them. They also promised I would be the first one in Japan to get them. Then they conned me in to buying a cat back exhaust from them with a 35% discount on that as well. All in all a fun day with a lot of cash blown, but a good overall savings of some fun toys for the car on the way.

I guess the main reason I posted this was to let people know they are coming out with Trust suspension here in a month or two, not sure when it will be released in the USA however...
