I used Anandtech Forums , specifically the Buy/Sell forum. Lots of people sell lots of different things in there, and it's a good place to get stuff from.

You can also sell things there that are harder to sell on eBay but that would appeal to the computer or power user there

I just wanted to be certain that you've gotten & sent back the "Agreement" form, where you chose the $500 & free scheduled maintenance for the waranty period, rather than having Mazda buy it back. You got that & sent the signed form back to Mazda, right?

Yes I signed the letter and even confirmed that Mazda received it. I just haven't received the $500 AMEX card yet.

Got my card Wednesday this week 10/22. Like other said, be careful the envelope is plain and easily could be tossed with the junk. Last week I received a letter about delays with the maintenance cards - end of Oct first of Nov ETA.
