Going in for the recall -- other warrenty issues I have quick Q's about

Going to try to go in for the recall here this week or at the latest next week.... there are a few other items im going to be asking them about and I wanted to just get a feeler from a few of you more experienced guys on if they should be covered without a fuss (in case the dealer trys to BS me)

1) my KEY (the switchblade FOB style), gets stuck when you close it and requires you to jimmy it with a paperclip or fingernails to flip it out. When you do actually have the key out in the open position, the metal key part is really "wobbley" in the plastic casing. -- Is this something they will replace and recode another key for me?

2) I have an 05 GT with the leather and power seats, one night about a week ago i was getting gas and noticed the little plastic button covers on the seat adjusters are gone? im like WTF and search the whole car with no luck. Will they give me new little plastic button covers for the power seat adjusters?

other then that, im looking foreward to getting a new flash, and a free tank of gas.

I forgot about the gas. Good thing it doesn't take long to get to empty. I hate to not get the last $6 of free gas

Yes on both accounts if your dealer values customer service.

I had and issue with a power drain which Mazda finally figured out after the third visit was the switch for the trunk light was not functioning and it stayed on all the time and was draining the battery.

They did the "engine recall" TSB and said they filled my car up with gas. I had just filled the car up with gas less than half a mile from dropping it off. They didn't put any gas in because it couldnt have held more than $1 dollars worth. Hell, even an RX-8 can go half a mile on limited gas.

Oh well, I didnt know about the gas fillup.
