Sacramento raceway is at or close to sea level. But my house is 1500 feet up and I'm always going to lake tahoe which is 8000 feet up. Iknow for a fact elevation is messin with my car.

pull your room fuse for 5 min or just disconnect the battery
the room fuse is a fuse in the kick panel by your left foot on the drivers side, use the diagram in the cover to see which one to pull, if you do it right your interior lights will go off and your idle after you start i back up will be jumpy, so make sure its warm before you do it so it doesnt die on idle and flood ......
