Getting Tint Tomorrow.. Suggestions?

I'm going in for tint tomorrow, white pearl, I was thinking doing 50% on front, and 35% on rear 3 windows... Any comments, of people who have this and like it? I don't want to get to dark.... cops are dicks around here for tint and will cross traffic to give you a ticket

I live in NY, I frogot what the exact legal limit is... i think it is around 70% Yea.... There is a factory tint on my windows so I think 50 % all around might be the choice... I don't want to get too dark, just some to reduce the temp. of the leather and inside and add A little better look. I think it will look darker too, being on a white car..

If you're looking to reduce the temp inside the car Huper Optik is pretty much the best tint. You pay for it though, I called for a quote about 2 weeks ago and it's gonna run me like 330 + tax.

I do not agree with 35 all around.. Only true if its a drastic difference. Having 35 on the sides and back will make your 50 on the fronts look darker. i had 35 all the way around on my last car and got pulled over weekly. If cops in your area are ****, dont do it.

wow. yea NY is 70 all around. that is really light. that's guna suck, just go for a certain percent all around. is there a difference in having the front versus the rear and windshield? if not, just go with the 35 all around for an even look. although i don't know how picky cops are up there. so yea...

cops here only bother you for the side windows and the front one, you can have as dark as you want on the rear windows and the back

I've had 30% all around for 8 months when I was in CALI and no cop has harrassed me about it. Now I live in WA, and over here it's 35% around I don't think they're gonna bust my ***** for going 5% the legal limit. Do you drive with your windows down usually? Because if you do, I would just get 35% all around it would look odd to have 50% in the front.

yea, i got caught for front tints down here in cali, but that was with a speeding ticket as well. cops don't bust my chops now cuz I don't speed but I... went darker. 20% all around. do cops pull you over in NY just for violating the state tint laws?

The legal limit in Cali is anything on the back and rear passenger and I think 5% on the driver and front passenger.

well here in AZ I have 15% on the front and 5% on the back,on my mine.
That is the legal limit here.
But I live in Arizona , better check at the tint shop ,they should have a list for all states if it is a good shop.

No tint. How the ladies gonna see you??? Hot car, girls wanna see the stud driving it. The heat only last for a few minutes, after the AC starts kicking in. Suck it up....lol.

Very VERY nice.

I would have loved to put limo on the back, to completely black it out.

I put limo on the back of my 85 camaro (20 on the front windows) and it was a PITA to see out of at night. So then I figured since I couldn't see out of it, I'd just throw 2 15"s in the hatch right behind the rear passenger seats.
