i redline 6th gear in my driveway because its the most fun gear.

Ken, what is "presumed reckless", how is it determined, what are the consequences (specifically in AZ), and how exactly does law enforcement prosecute someone in court on a presumption?

the law in nevada states that if you can injure someone else, or someone other than you're own's property then it can be classified as wreckless driving. my father got into an accident on a closed road with no buildings surrounding and got a wreckless driving ticket, then got it taken off in the courts because his situation did not fall into that criteria (possibility of harming someone else or their property)
