Just received my OEM chrome fuel door from Canada today. Used but mint. I asked the dealer if he had the longer screws and he said you used the stock ones.

I had used a satin theme on my 05 but have decided to go with chrome on the 40th. When I changed out the 05 door the satin one had longer screws? Anyone know the answer? Also any suggestions regarding chrome trim. I plan to add exhaust finishers and strakes. Thanks in advance.

 

It's up to you but I would avoid over doing it with the chrome. IMHO I think the paste on chrome cheapens cars, especially the 8. Just my opinion, its your car. I do like strakes for the vents though.

 

Screws are screws... You should be able to get what ever you need at ACE hardware.
