Unhappy Front end Damage inspection

Well, ****. Two day old car and I already got into a slight incident. I went to make a u turn after I turned down the wrong street and went off the road into soft dirt and got stuck at about 5 miles an hour. The front air dam is pushed back a bit, but there does not appear to be any other damage besides that to the hood, quarter panels, or what not. I want to take the front bumper off to look for any other damage besides maybe bent supports or something like that. Does anybody have instructions on removing the front bumper? What all should I look for when removing it to check for damage? My dad wants to have the suspension and everything checked out, but I think that may be overkill. I have access to a lift and can check the suspension myself for bent/broken things, what would I want to look for on that end? Any other advice on this would be helpfull, I am just really pissed at myself for doing something so stupid as to go off the road and get stuck. Well I need to start remembering im not in a jeep anymore and cant go everywhere I want to I guess.

Hopefully your damage is just cosmetic. Next time remember you're in a RWD sports car and swing your tail around with the throttle

Well the air dam was busted in a few pieces and the stone guard things and inner plastic fenderwalls were bent up, but I got them into place and kinda zip tied the stone guard in to place. Does not look pretty, but it works. The front bumper also has a nice crack in it so that needs to be replaced, thinking of going aftermarket though since it needs a new bumper anyway. Any prices for anything?

that sucks bro, but I guess it's a reason to swap out for a cool mazdaspeed bumper..

BUT actually come to think of it, don't do that, you're barely used to a regular car much less the mazdaspeed bumper which is lower than the stock bumper!
