Fouled plugs, poor mileage, and mis-firing.
According to Canzoomer the latest ECU flash has new fuel maps that thin out down low a lot, thin out 5k-7k some and richen up 7k+ a lot. So it may not be just the hotter plugs...
I will try to get the plugs put in on Monday when I go to get my e-brake handle replaced. I had the ECU re-flashed on Thursday. And it would be wonderful if this was the answer to our mpg issue. Does that mean that we could expect even more from CZ's stage 1?
Japan 8,
I agree, I don't think the fact that the plugs are hotter had much to do with it. The fact that they were clean and unsooted might have helped.
93rdCurrent,
Do you think there is any improvement since the reflash so far?

93rdCurrent...
Check out CZ's forum. They are releasing a Stage 1.1 to replace the original Stage 1. It appears to offer some mild timing changes in addition to the A/F changes. The A/F maps are new and give an even more smooth curve, plus if I am not mistaken, take into account the reflashed ECU (as CZ has gotten his reflashed as well).
