Foggy Tail Lights? STILL?!

WTF!

About a month ago I got into an accident while driving into work. I did a 180 into a pole (completely my fault). I hit some sand and lost it. I was only doing about 15mph when I hit the pole, but there was enough damage to cost me 4100.

Here what was replaced. Entire rear bumper. **** load of fasteners. Trunk Lid. and passenger tail light due to a major crack.

Got everything repaired, the car looks great.

This weekend I noticed condensation in the tail light that was replaced. At first I thought it was just some fog on the outside, but nope. Condensation strikes again. Why is this happening again, and why is Mazda still putting faulty tail lights into the RX8?

I had my left one repaired about 5 months ago due to the same thing. That one has been fine. But now I have to make an appointment, drive all the way to Mazda, and have them repair this one now. What gives?
