Question Flooded rx-8 what should I do ?

I left it parked for a month,battery died tried to use a different battery,didn't start. what should I do?

get it towed to a dealership to get it de-flooded. you probably dont have the means to do it your self. good luck
im not sure but i think if you call mazda they are supposed to tow it for free

please dont flame him, hes new and hes just looking for some help. flooded engine can be a dunting and stressful situation, cut him some slack

I tried it this morning w/o jumper cable,didn't work.I went to work came back tried a new battery just in case. Do I flood the thread ? sorry I won't ask again tnx anyways.

Best option is to have it towed to dealer.

Just a dumb question://

Why would the engine flood for just letting it sit for a month?
I thought flooding was due to shutting off the engine while cold and excess fuel doesn't clear the chambers.????

It wouldnt flood if it sat. he mustve done something wrong the last time it started.

Try this charge the battery or replace it. Then press the gas pedal ALL the way to the floor and hold it turn the key and hold it until it starts. By flooring it it cuts off the fuel delivery to the motor and will turn over burning off the fuel ans may start but it will run rough and blow some smoke out afterwards.
