OH Few annoying things......

So i got a couple annoying things happening in my 8, and would love to know if anyone else has these problems, or if anyone knows how to fix them!!

1- First off, my car is like an oven, it is alwayss soo hot inside...even if i have the a/c on, its still like hott...the a/c is cold, but i just always feel hot air coming in through the vents or on my feet if the air is off. Do our cars just put off that much heat?!

2- One of my rear speakers in the back window rattle or make a funny noise when i go over any bump, or if my speakers are up to loud..and no its not blown...it may just be a loose screw? IDK!

3- Sometimes, especially when my a/c is on, my car vibrates so heavily when stopped at a light, or just sitting with the car on..and if i give it just a tiny bit of gas the vibration or rough idle goes away? Is my idle set to low? Or...?

Thanks.......

1) Sorry it's a sports car the A/C just isn't very good... you can also head to the DIY section i quoted for you a couple min ago and look for the DIY that makes the A/C better
2) Live with it... that's what i do
3) Could be a bad motor mount

The A/C... drive faster with windows down... You're in Ohio too, lets face it, you drive with the heat on for 8 months out of the year.

The speaker: get back there and pull it apart to see what's doing it. Tighten the screws, or get a couple strips of fatmat (rubberized antivibration mat for stereo applications) and lay some of that back there.

My center speaker on my bose vibrates... I decided I can live with it. The car does have a lot of random rattles and squeaks... which is why i upgraded the exhaust to drown them all out.

The engine vibrates quite a bit at idle anyway, but you should inspect your motor mounts. (+1)

if that doesnt work i have some magic beans i'll sell you which will do the same thing. Sorry but even the guys who bothered to try to capture before and after data on that mod had nothing to show for it, it's a placebo at best.

Since you own an 04 I would suggest having the AC system recharged if that hasnt been done yet. Might also look at the compressor to make sure it's working correctly. Has the cabin air filter been changed? They can get pretty clogged fairly easily.

I had a 2007, and when the temps rose above 85, it was anemic at best. Don't expect a lot, no matter what you do. I'm totally McLovin' the AC in the 3, though.
