Question Feel The Bumps

I have had my 8 for 2 weeks now and when I drove off the lot I thought the ride was fairly smooth for a sports car. This past week though, I seem to feel every bump in the road. I know I should not expect the ride of a luxury car but I thought it might be a little smoother. I just got home from work and checked the tire pressure and they were all at 34 psi. I have not driven it since I lowered them to 32 but I can't believe 2 lbs. per tire would make that big of a difference.
What type of ride should I expect

Lower profile tires= bumpier ride.

The aspect ratio on the 18's is 45.

45 is getting down there.

Tires go as low as 35 aspect ratio on some cars. I may have seen 30's somewhere as well.

Lower profile tires make a BIG difference in "feel" of the road but I can say that after owning an 8 for 2 months, then test driving a 350Z touring for about 8 miles on the same roads I drive daily, the 8 is smooth in comparison. Yes the ride is busy and somewhat noisier than the Millennia or a Lexus ES but again there is no comparison to the handling of those to an 8 either. TO me the car rides very much like an M3 - almost a perfect balance of handling and comfort. (the BMW E36 model I am familiar with) You want rough, go drive a 350 Z. It reminded me of one of those old vettes - crude. Fun but crude. I would not like my daily drive to be like that - no way!. I concluded that if I were to give up the 8 (before I made the decision to keep it) that I would be forced into a G35 Sedan or S2000. Each was a compromise. Expect a sporty ride with certain compensation for rough roads.
