Favorite Part To Wash?

Since I just got the car recently, and washed it for the first time a couple weeks ago, and again the other day. I'm just wondering what people's favorite piece of the car to wash is? I never really thought about it before, but for some reason when I wash the front fender... It's just special. Definitely my favorite.

It is a nice car to wash though. It's very pleasing car to touch.

the rotor accent in the back because I know I'm almost done.
I hate washing my car but enjoy detailing it.

I don't think it's odd. For me, it's a bonding experience. I love all the curves of the car.

I get what the OP is trying to say. Its just kind of bonding time you get with your car. Its special for me as well. So OP, no you are not weird lol. As for which part, i would have to agree that the front fenders is my favorite part. However, i can also say my favorite part to wash is the whole car

I have always loved washing my cars. Especially when I first buy them because I really get a feel for the lines of the car.

Whether you like washing your car or not is a true indicator of how much you love your car

I'm with you, Beo. The front fenders. For me, that's the coolest part of the styling - kind of a cycle fender look. At work I try to park so that at the end of the day I approach from a front quarter, just so that beautiful curve is the first thing I see.

Plus I can wash or wax those without stooping or reaching too far.

Ken

When I read the title of this thread I thought "Oh no! This is gonna be ridiculous". The I started thinking about the feelings I had when running my hand down the front fenders. Lo and behold, I think that area creates some extra sensory emotions.

Paul.

Well I am surprised, I expected this thread to go much further down hill and much faster than it has :P

Its not what you wash, its what you get the college age cheerleaders in the swimsuits to wash while you sit back and watch.
