I see you had problems with the cracked dashboard - at least that's the only thing you posted about. Hardly qualifies as 'Mazda junk'.
Too late for that for me... 
I had mine for 8 years, no problems, just regular maintenance. So let's just say, your experience, whatever it is like, is not the norm.
I've had nothing but problems with Mazda junk.
Anyone thinking of buying a RX-8 should stay away from this car.

depends how u want the car to be....
if u are looking for a daily driver, sorry , the 8 just not abt daily drive....
is a sport car with sweet handling and sounds and needed to be CARES!!

One of my friends was gonna buy a Kia Forte, then he rode in my Rx8. So, looks like even though Kia gained you, they lost someone else.
Sorry your experience turned out to be problematic, but you don't need to say for everyone to stay away from this car.

Don't tell my 8 that it's not a daily driver
It's my drive to work car, grocery getter, and my son's ride home from school. My GF ha a Murano for everything else.
Heck, I've even used it to get the xmas tree last year.

but the majority of all rx-8 owners have.
The engine and transmissions are ****.
I mean come on 70% of the engines don't even see 60k
kinda bullshit is that?
and don't come back with that well if you take care of them they will last cause that's bs
infact a few of you die hard fans spent crazy money adding all this stuff that was supposely supposed to keep the engines alive well backfired on yall huh?

70%? Did you do the math and figure that out on your own? Probably used the same deductive process to figure that out as you did on your car...
