Emission on RX8

I'm still pondering on whether I should export a RX8 back to Taiwan. The environmental law is pretty strict so I don't want to take the trouble to get the car there and then failed the emissions test.

From the Mazda site, this is what I got.
Emission Control: LEV2-A CA / Bin5-A Federal

CA I guess means California?

Is that good or bad?

The 2004 EPA Greenhouse Gas Estimates are now up on www.fueleconomy.gov

The RX8 measured in at 9.3 tons/year, which is an improvement from the RX7 (9.6), but still behind most of its competitors except for the STI. Unfortunately, the air pollution estimates are not available yet.
