ECU flash printout?

ECU flash printout?
Okay so I set an appointment to have the oil changed (I know I'm lazy) and the ECU reflashed. The idiot on the phone wants to see some sort of printout/TSB stating the R flash is required. I'm still on M.

Any of you techs out there wanna help me out?

Just tell the manager that you car is hard to start, idles rough, and feels like it has lost power at 6K.
