door trim peeling

i was cleaning my car yesterday and noticed that on my passenger side, the rx8 door trim is peeling off...has anyone experienced this problem???? this better be covered under warranty...

how much $$$??? because i feel this sumptin i shouldnt have to pay for, unless its a reasonable price

Do you mean the sill plates? Just make your dealer fix them under warranty. Mine are doing the same thing, and when I go for my 10k checkup they're going to figure out why they won't stick.

My rear Mada Logo seemed to wiggle a little when I was washing this weekend....I was tempted to give it a little pressure to see what would happen but I resisted.

Must be crappy glue.

Mine did the same thing. If you have a few minutes just carefully peel the metal plate off, remove the old tape, and replace it with 3M low-temp double-sided tape. Works great! :D
