Does this seem to be a good offer?

I was searching cars.com, and I came across this offer...

Check it out

It doesn't have navigation, but that is honestly the least of my concerns
Does this seem to be a pretty good deal, or should I try to wait for lower prices/

Thanks.

Links from cars.com usually never work on this site.

You can probably drop down the price to $15k. The mileage is low and the car looks pretty good, if you can get it to $14k-$15k then that would be great. I think $17k is a bit too expensive for an 04.

You would have to get them down to about 15. I paid 13,5 for mine and it is the GT with 45k and the bank appraised it at 16,5. If that gives you an idea.

Its a buyers market. I wouldn't go above $15K. The only reason I got $15K out of my '04 with 60K miles is because a tree branch fell on it and I pocketed $1,500 in homeowners insurance to go along with the buyer's $13.5K. They are still making a solid profit if you pay $15K because there is no way that trade in was more than $12.5K

EDIT: I just saw tan interior. Bump it down to $14.5. Ugly ugly...

Depending on where you live it can be the most useless thing.

I'd get it and take it straight to a Mazda dealer for all the TSB's. 04's are in the shaky year of the renesis. Some are outstanding and some go bad early on.
