Question Do you have to replace your counterweight?

Lets say, your about to install a stage 1 clutch and lighten flywheel.

Is a new counterweight needed???? Or can you use the stock one?

Yeah you need a new one, the stock one is integrated into the flywheel itself.

Oh i see, would I have to get a matching counterweight to match the flywheel that I got? Lets just say for example, I got a ACT flywheel, do I have to get an ACT counterweight too? Or would any aftermarket counterweight work?
