It's not for everyone, as is true with any custom paint job, but I like it and it is unique. I was going for the R8 look a little bit, but more importantly I wanted something that follows normal body lines (and it's a hell of a lot cheaper to paint that way too ). The R8 just gave me some ideas. As long as there is no cheesy and cheap looking carbon fiber junk on the car, then I like most anything anyway.
When you add in the fact that my street bike and race bike are both silver and black too, then you see the theme a little more.
To each his own, but I thought I'd share. Even if people don't like the paint job, I've got to give huge props to the body shop as the finish came out really good and they took great care of the car.
If your interested in the behind the plate hitch (towing a motorcycle or tire trailer) and live in Houston, get with Steve at Best Collision Center. He's a great guy and really easy to work with. He's ready for anyone that wants the hitch installed and I believe he said he can do it for around 260.00.

I'm also playing with some ideas with the painter about ghosting in something to the black doors and then ghosting the same to the hood. Just no good ideas yet. The black doors also give me a place to run the sponsor logos (motorcycle racing - that's why I have the hitch) down the side of the door and keep the white sticker on black background look.
I'm letting this work simmer for a little bit while I work on the LED light kit and the Car Computer. I must be getting bored

Not my choice of lines to follow but, I do like it. I'll be getting some paint work hopefully soon. I have to wait for the guy to finish a couple other projects first.
While we're giving opinions and I'm not naming names, can we have rules to not use myspace style attention ***** profile pics? It may work for some, others just fall flat.
