Firstly, I finally got my 05 RX-8 silver last night after 8 torturous days! Everything i read and heard is true on this car. IU love it. I was worried about all the hupla re. torque. Honestly, if you know how to drive/shift the car is quite a rush.

A friend of mine looking at $100k mercedes drove it and freaked out how much he loved it!

Question for the group. One of the major reasons i got the car was the back seat/doors (on top of wanting my first bona fide rwd sports car) as i have a dog.

Does anyone know of a back seat cover/blanket so i can protect the back from my mutt's powerful paws?

any help would be great.

I know that there are sofa & chair covers specifically made for dog protection, but it might be a poor fit in the RX-8 back seat due to the center console. If I can find the specifics, I'll repost...but someone else surely has the info handy, I'm betting.
