So anyone have an idea when the Copper Red RX-8 will be in dealers in the US?
I saw a Copper Red RX-8 at the NY auto show on Sunday and loved that color
I'm planning to pick up an 8 sometime during May. Just wanted to know when the Copper Red comes out cause i think that might very well be the color that i want.

 

The Copper Red is a hot color. I really like it. Your best bet would be to contact your local dealership and ask them.

Saw one this morning....comes with cream perforated leather seats...not sure I like that. The color is nice though...I like it

They're available in Australia too.

One of the guys over here has just got one and has posted some photos (on the .au site). Very classy colour. I prefer it over the VR.

 

 

Saw one at the dealer the other day. I'll stop by and take a pic tomorrow. It is truly beautiful. They have it roped off and will not let yo sit in it. I'll see if they will let me get in to do some shots of the interior as well. It is one beautiful Shinka.

if i have sometime i'll drop by my mazda dealer. i check with mazdausa search but came up with nothing near me. but i just call up my dealer towards the end of the week once i get some free time.

 

I have to say... they came out with 2 very awesome colors this year, I used to be between a blue and red one, now it's between copper red and phantom blue... and I still can't make up my mind

 

Well i personally perfer the Copper Red because it just looks so stunning under bright light conditions. Also the Copper Red has that classy look to it while still able to bring out the sporty look of the RX8.

The Phantom Blue looks very sporty but lacks that classy feel that the copper red can easily deliver. Under certian lighting conditions the Phantom Blue actually looks like a greenish color.

But you're better off going to a dealer and looking at both colors in person.
