i was thinking about this recently and was wondering where to find the color code on my 05 RX-8. i've looked in the usual spots. on the RX-7's it was always stamped onto the vin plate on the firewall(except for the 79's where it was a sticker on the underside of the hood). just curious if mazda printed it on the 8.

i do believe its on the drivers side door panel, open your door and it will be on the suicide doors panel. color code is clearly stated on the label.

yeah SHINKA MAMIS right, my friends wanted my color code when he was gonna paint his CRX.

well, i went out and checked on my car. right where you guys said it would be, thanks. odd how mazda changed the color codes to three digets. used to be two.
