If all RX-8's came straight from the factory equipped with clear corners, would it be cool to change them to amber with after-market parts?

It would suddenly become a competition to see who could get the brighest lights, with the most LED's, that would glow amber AND white! :p

 

IMHO, no. People like the clear corners because the clear doesn't clash with the paint like the amber.

 

I only got the clear because I didnt like the amber lights with the red. Just a personal thing.

I am sure if they came with clear in the US and amber in Japan people would switch

 

Ha ha ... you should ask the Japanese and Europeans if they would buy the corners. Hmmm .. maybe I should start a business selling ambers to the Japanese ... yessss!

But seriously, the ambers clash SO much with my blue.
