Angry cleaning the seats, what with?

For thanksgiving I can be thankful for many things... but not this one:

We made food and went over to family's house, but there was bacon in the food and the grease made it's way thru the bag and onto my pants and shirt... and my back seat.

So my question is, has anyone had to clean up something like this? I know that the seats have issues with being cleaned as the fabric isn't color fast, any ideas on what to use that won't damage the color?

I've use micro fiber cleaner before on the seats and they didn't get jacked up. Just be very gentle.
