Civics are Wayyyy better then Rx8's!!!
Lol 502streetScene.net is the worst place for 8 owners. All the little civic drivers love to hate on the 8 saying its way underpowered, not fun to drive, slow, has no handling ect.
like this guy who got it, everyone tried to joke on him.. People are lame.

Aw, they still think there are boys and girls cars. That's sweet.
To be fair though, the guy's kind of stirring **** up.

This guy calling himself an "RX-7 Fan Boy" fails.
Most dynos are showing around 180-190 at the wheels and the traction control interferres with the results.
The car also picks up quite a bit of power with a chip too, as the main reason there is lower power than the original 250 is because of US emissions requirements.
I highly doubt any healthy RX-8 makes 160 wheel as you can pull more than that out of an S5 FC 6 port with an exhaust.
Also, honda doesn't rate their horsepower at the wheels either buddy.

There is something magical about a guy with a civic pushing a whopping 99hp to the wheels saying someone else's car is underpowered.
Why is it these losers can only come up with "gay" as the worst possible insult?

I always thought if you didn't drive a Mustang or a Civic, 502streetscene wasn't for you in the first place... I've never fit in there w/ my offroad truck, and definately not w/ my RX8. Had a buddy that was big over there for a long time in his Mustang... He got out of that scene a few years ago, though, I think, when him and his wife had a baby.

lol i just called him. he seem like a pretty cool guy he said just in the matter of 10mins ,4ppl called and asked him about the 2700 hundred. he told me some one else put that price up.

I find it funny that none of them can provide any real substantial reasons. It's all opinions and crap they read on the internet... if you're going to quote the internet, at least use an actual review of the car evaluated by people who drive cars all the time. Most reviews turn out good for the 8... and none of them mentions an actual review of the 8. The closest thing they point out to a valid point is the fact that they incorrectly labeled the HP rating on the car, but the car is the same speed, not matter what the claims of hp are..

He picked me because my f*cking car is so cool and looks like a badass batmobile. I could see it in his eyes. He said, "license and registration" but what he meant was "even though i'm a guy, i wanna bang you because your car is so freaking rad."
When considering this point of view, it's easy to see why so many have to resort to using the term "gay" when referring to our pride and joy. Or maybe it is because it is such a beast on the road, they equate it to a girl who sees her dream guy who knows how to dress well: "He MUST be gay, he can't be real."

anyway to the op - who cares what they think, you like your 8 and everyone knows it drives better even with its 4 cup holders
civic owners have no money = why they own a 90's civic in the first place and have nothing better to do but wait for the gov checks to roll in while they patrol 502streetscene or 411imanewb or whatever other lame *** civic and mustang sites are out there
as for the 8 - its built in japan which leads me to believe there is zero ford involvement, now a the tribute i know is ford because it sucks *** they gave me one while my 8 was in for service and traction control was on constantly even for a 15 mph turn lol
