I've had it happen when there were difficulties starting the car. After it happened (around 15mins), I tried to accelerate hard and I got a more permanent CEL due to a misfire. Probably fouled plugs.
I also suggest taking it in for a checkup. Maybe new plugs or a flash update will help.
