Cant slide passenger seat back after someone dropped a coin in the track

Some idiot Ihad in my car decided to hold their change in their hand while sitting in the passenger seat and atsome point a bunch of itspilled out of their hand and one of the coins fell into the track underthe seat. Now the passenger chair is essentially stuck. Whenyou try to slide the seat back or forward itwont go anywhere. I got down on the floor andtook a look at the track andthe quarter or nickle is definitely caught under the portion of the seatthat rolls through the track. Theressome type of goo or lubrication down there too thatI keep getting on my fingers wheneverI try to extract the coin and I cant seem to get the damnthing out. Any suggestions? Hasthis happened to anyone else here?

Push it out with a long screwdriver. If you can't get it out then just take the seat out of the car (only four bolts holding it in), flip it upside down and remove the seat runner so you can access the top of it. Mind your paintwork when removing the seat though.

Will a small magnet work on any of the stuck coins?
If not try what the others suggested.

...or use a mallet or hammer with the above mentioned long screwdriver to tap it out.

This issue sounds like we need to start up a class action lawsuit....

That's awesome.

My vote for "funniest post of the day" goes right here.

Just drive country lanes until vibration kicks the coin out of position.
