Can i fit 235/40/18 on stock rims

Can i fit 235/40/18 on stock rims

i want wider tires in back and i was wondering if i can fit 235/40/18 on them and if not what the widest i can go. thanks brent

Absolutely, I run 245/40/18's all around on the stock rims. I wouldn't go any wider than 245.

I'm running 245/40's also. The other advantage is that they do not throw the speedometer way out of whack as235/40's would.
