so far i know its a borg warner bullseye power hybrid and that it was removed from a rx8.also found a site that refference a s475 in a thread with a turbo with the same 699956 stamping but they do not look the same

 

You need to measure the outside of the turbo...

then you need to take the compressor and turbine housings off and measure the wheels size.

It's most likely something from this series.
