Alright.

So I was going to buy this lip on ebay for $80. Looks cool and all, my only concern is that it will break on me as soon as I install it.

Has anyone ever bought an ebay lip before, and how was it?

Unless you have any other suggestion where I can buy a lip, then this is all i really have to rely on. I'm willing to spend up to $150 on a cool lip if that means it will last me and not break.

 

I had one on my first 8 here it is holding the front bumper on after a guy hit my car

 

Ha, this pretty much convinced me to get it.

 

Did u end up getting one? Was debating on one as well.Some people say fitman is good others say no.

 

99.9% of the cheapy knock off lips look like **** in person.

 

I used to have the eBay lip, initially looked good when I first mounted it and had it paint matched... But geez, when hot summer days came by, the sagging issues made it look so bad. Definitely learned my lesson. Only thing I miss about it is not having to worry about breaking the polyurethane compared to fiberglass.
