My only concern would be carbon build up.
He might get the oil changed at the dealership. But everything else he might decline.
Like plugs and coils for example.

I need a little help on this car guys

04 32k miles... I checked the vin with the dealer and they said the CAT was replaced in 07...

Do you suppose the cat was clogged at 15k miles?
