Bumper Parts and RPM question.
I finally figured out that the rear pieces of plastic that surround the exhaust tips are called "bumper guards" and the center piece of unpainted plastic is actually a part of the bumper.
As for the front bumper the lower piece that has the rotary symbol on it on my car is just black plastic no rotary trim. That lower piece of the front bumper is it a part of the front bumper or a separate part?
The bumper questions come as a result of a drive through Newark NJ last week and some potholes that seemed to have damaged these parts and I just want to know what I'm looking at.
Now to the RPM this is my second 8. When I start from a cold start the car limits the RPMs to around 6-7000, not that I try to go past that when its cold anyway. One day I was doing the fasten the seatbelt while pulling out of the driveway thing and slowly made it up to that RPM and it limited me there. Does anyone know if this is a mod, stock or defect?
Thanks!

Thanks guys for all your help. Guess the first RX8 didn't rev limit cause something was wrong. I'll have to get on ordering the new spoiler tried forever to find it on the trade motion site but wouldn't work. However for that price I think i may decide to do something other than the stock.
