overlays sound like a great idea...but the install must be hard.

i had tinted lights on a previous vehicle, and I just have them sprayed at a body shop. looked great and relatively cheap... i think i paid only $100....

When I had a celica this guy had some great appearance mods for cheap. He does have great customer service, but install is not as easy as one might think.

It all depends on the kit. Some go on like that, others do require more patients. I have links to installs with my instructions that I send oput with each Overlay order.

the rx8 tail light has a very difficult shape to apply overlays to. props for doing it nicely :p

the pics of the black rx8 does look nice tho. Generally im a much bigger fan of blacked out housings, instead of black tint on the front/rear lights - but this is definetely a much simpler install
