Well I haven't installed them yet, so there's nothing to take pictures of, MAN! =P Haha. You guys are funny.

Anyway, once they're installed, I'll take pics and BlueBat will post them in his gallery.

Well I'll mention the eyelids to him. We had originally planned to do a few different things and use my car as the "model", so I'm assuming we'll be doing some other things after this. I picked up full overlays today, so I'm going to install the smoked full overlays to the tails, headlights, and corners (not the circle for now) later this week, probably Thursday. He said he was gonna try to check the board tonight too, so if he gets the chance, he can let you know more what his plans are.

I attempted to install everything this weekend. The taillight is practically impossible to get on without creases, and I ended up taking it off when I got fed up with fighing with it. Then I got one headlight on, but it has a lot of bubbles, so I'm waiting to install the 2nd til I can meet up with Andy. And the clear corners weren't the right overlays, so they're not on either. So I'm driving around looking like my car has a black eye, waiting to hear back from him. I'll let you know what happens...

 

our tail lights are very hard to do, but im very surprised anyhow. any updates?

He called me back Friday, but then said "I'll call you right back" and I haven't heard from him again since...

I might just finish the other headlight and wait on the rest. It looks great from a distance, just up close you can see the little bubbles. But it looks soooo sexy on the black car...

 

When I installed my laminx headlight film it took me about 45 mins for both lights. It was a bitch and had a few bubbles, but over time and under some nice sun they will go away..well, mine did...try popping the bubbles but be very careful cause when you pop the bubbles you run the risk of making it worse.

 

Yeah that's what I plan to do, I just have to wait for us to start having sunshine again, lol.

Haven't heard back from him yet. Sorry guys. I should be installing the other headlight today. But I gotta wait for Bat on the rest...

Yup, got a new set yesterday, and will hopefully be putting them on Tuesday night.

Noooooope. I got the new overlays, and a friend who has experience doing overlays, and he was supposed to install them Tuesday, but he flaked (big surprise), so I guess it's up to me to just do the best I can myself. I'll probably do them Saturday. Blah, so frustrating...

 

dang. good luck. i guess i check them out on sunday. lol
